Since 1995, he has presided over the research and development of more than ten series of products of the company, and sold them all over the domestic and foreign markets. Among them, KTY3S full digital power controller, MR full digital DC speed regulator and other products are in the leading level in China, which is comparable to similar products in Europe and the United States. The products cover most parts of the country and are exported to many countries in Europe and America.

In the past two years, the single crystal silicon and polycrystalline silicon power supply system for silicon crystal production, which has been developed under the leadership of our own research and development, has been recognized by the market with a high starting point and high standards. At present, the single crystal furnace power supply has become the leading brand in the domestic market, and is favored by many high-end customers at home and abroad. The products have rapidly occupied more than half of the domestic market share. Polycrystalline silicon series power supply (especially reduction furnace power supply) synthetically uses single chip computer control technology, optical communication technology, PLC control technology, stack control technology, intelligent distribution power patent technology and so on. It has achieved good results in breaking the monopoly of foreign high-end power supply products. It has begun to be used in many domestic large-scale polycrystalline silicon construction projects one after another, for the research of new materials in our country. Great contributions have been made. Polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace power supply and single crystal silicon power supply have been listed as major technical equipment innovation projects and key technical research projects in provinces and municipalities respectively, which have been highly valued by relevant government departments and supported by the innovation project of 400,000 yuan fund.

The main research directions of this comrade include the overall structure design of semiconductor converter, the application design of single chip computer software, the design of electronic circuit and the integrated design of electrical control system, etc. It has a certain influence on the development and design of power electronic industry, especially in the field of power semiconductor converter. The electrofusion welding machine developed by Yingjie Electric Co., Ltd. has become the leading brand of similar products in China. Therefore, Yingjie Electric Co., Ltd. has become the drafting unit of relevant national standards. At present, the comrade has published many papers, such as Design of All-Digital Thyristor Power Controller and Design Essentials of Synchronous Motor Excitation Controller. He has obtained patents for invention of "Thyristor Power Regulating System Applied to Temperature Control System of Heating Equipment", "Optical Glass Thickness Measuring Signal Processor", "High Power Factor Low Harmonic Power Converter Device" and "Many others". There are nearly 10 practical patents for the control circuit of silicon rod in parallel and in series in silicon reduction power supply and the double Antistar multi-layer bridge rectifier circuit used in single crystal power supply. These patented technologies have been widely used in related products.
