Notice of the First Annual Conference of Power Electronics in Western China

Sichuan Power Electronics Society will hold the first annual conference of power electronics in Western China on October 11, 2014 at Southwest Jiaotong University in Chengdu. The annual conference will become an academic exchange platform and information communication platform for scientific and technological personnel and related practitioners in the field of power electronics technology in Western China.

This annual conference will show the development, progress and latest scientific and technological achievements of power electronics technology in recent years in new materials, new components, new devices, new systems, AC and DC motor drive and control, various new power sources, new energy generation, energy saving and emission reduction, and various latest application occasions.

1. Scope of solicitation

1) Design, process, characteristic analysis, testing and reliability of various new power semiconductor devices;

2) Analysis, control, design, debugging, fault diagnosis and test of various types of power semiconductor circuits, topologies, devices and systems;

3) Various speed regulation and control technologies for various types of AC and DC motors;

4) Various types of general or special switching power supply and inverters and their applications;

5) The application of power electronics technology in power system (including power quality control and new energy generation);

6) The application of power electronics technology in rail transit vehicles, environmental protection, energy saving and national defense science and technology;

7) The development trend and trend of power electronic devices, circuits, devices and systems analysis, control, design, manufacture and application technology at home and abroad are summarized.

8) A review of the new trends and trends of China's power electronics industry and economic development.

2 Requirements for Essays

1) Papers should reflect the advanced level at home and abroad, and have certain academic level and practical value.

2) The number of papers is limited to 6000 words.
