The 7th Sichuan Doctoral Expert Forum will be held in Deyang City in September 2014, sponsored by Sichuan Association of Science and Technology and hosted by relevant provincial societies. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Innovation Drives the Transformation and Upgrading of Equipment Manufacturing Industry
II. Purpose of the Conference
The Sichuan Provincial Committee and the provincial government put forward the strategy of innovation-driven development to enhance the new impetus of Sichuan's transformation and development. Equipment manufacturing industry is the basic industry of national economic development and national defense construction. It is at the high end of the value chain and the core link of the industrial chain. The provincial Party Committee and the provincial government have listed equipment manufacturing as the dominant industry in our province. Since the implementation of the strategy of "Western Development", the equipment manufacturing industry in our province has made considerable progress, and has the industrial and technological advantages of becoming a major base of technology and equipment manufacturing industry in our country. But on the whole, our equipment manufacturing is facing many deep-seated problems, which need to make breakthroughs in ideology, system, mechanism and technology management. The purpose of this forum is to organize interdisciplinary, cross-industry, cross-sectoral and cross-regional academic seminars on the theme of "innovation-driven transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry", so as to provide suggestions and suggestions for further enhancing the independent innovation and sustainable development capacity of equipment manufacturing industry in our province and promoting industrial restructuring and economic development transformation and upgrading.

V. Forms of meetings
1. Opening Ceremony and Special Invitation Conference
The opening ceremony will invite relevant leaders to attend and speak, commend excellent papers and advanced organizational units, and invite relevant leaders, well-known experts and scholars to make special reports around the theme of the forum.
2. Academic Exchange
This forum has several sub-venues, inviting and organizing experts to discuss and exchange in depth on different topics and to reach consensus. I would like to organize a branch meeting and invite you to contribute actively. It will be submitted to the Society before June 5 for review, recommendation and reporting to the Provincial Association of Science and Technology. See the annex below for the request for a paper.

Requirements for essay collection
I. Manuscript Requirements
(1) Textual framework
1. Chinese title, author's name, author's unit, author's province, city and postal code, abstract, keywords;

Detailed format:
Title: Use small black font, in the middle row, under the title is the author's name, author's unit, etc., with small four-letter font in the middle row.
Abstracts and Key Words: The author's name is below the action summary and key words, and the words "abstract" and "key words" are in bold type 5, top-left row, and the key words are 3-5, with ";" between each key word, and the content is in italic type 5.
Text: No. 5 in Song style. Body and italic: All foreign languages (including upper and lower corner markers) use italics for variables, black italics for matrices and vectors, and positive bodies for units and constants. Please try not to use the formula editor to generate the foreign language in the main text.
Formula: All formulas should be made by WORD Formula Editor or MathType. Please define the size standard of the formula as 10 pounds; the others can be used with the corresponding default values.
Figure: After the corresponding text is introduced in the text, the name of the graph is below the graph (all the graphs are required to have the name of the graph). Drawing requirements: clear lines, lines with 0.75 pounds, arrows with the smallest arrow line, the description of the text in the picture please use WORD text box input, number six, if it is a drawing made by Visio or CAD, please provide the original drawing of CAD.
Table: All tables are required to have table names, using three-line table form (no vertical line, oblique line), after the corresponding text in the body. The Chinese characters in the table are numbered six.
References: References are arranged after the text. All references must be cited in the text, and the order of references in the bibliographic table after the text must be consistent with the order of references in the text.
Author's Profile: Give a brief introduction of all the authors in the following order: name (year of birth), sex, nationality (Han nationality can be omitted), origin (province, city/county), degree, unit, title, position, main research direction. Use the style of Xiao Wusong.
Paper recommendation unit: Under the author's brief, indicate the recommendation unit of the paper by the right, such as the recommendation of * Society (Association, Research Association) and Municipal Association of Science and Technology, in bold type No. 5.
(2) matters needing attention in collecting articles
1. Please use Word2003 typesetting system to input manuscripts.
2. The author submits an electronic version and a copy of the manuscript.
(3) Deadline for Requisition of Documents
Please submit the sample papers to the office of the Society for review and recommendation by June 5, 2014.
